8 bln worth casino opens in Russia’s Far East

Russia’s Primorye Territory operates one of the four gambling areas in the country and has inaugurated a new casino hotel, Shambala, the second of the 12 to be built altogether in the area.

The project’s investors have spent RUR 3.5 bln so far on the site development, while the aggregate investment is envisaged at RUR 8 bln ($103 mio).

The gambling site at Primorye is a major touristic attraction making the region a destination for successful businesses, especially in legal gambling.

Shambals is also a result of an international cooperation since its concept was developed by experts of LLC AHR Studio who already took part in designing most renowned casinos in Singapore and Macao.
