The Roscosmos State Corporation plans to launch a ten-year Integrated National Space Program in 2021. The program will include specifications of space projects, their delivery terms and funding details. Development of a super-heavy rocket (expected for launch in 2028), a lunar program and GLONASS development are among the projects covered by the national space program.
The Integrated National Space Program has a similar structure to the national armament program currently being implemented for the military.
