Gett updated its app in Russia and now it is available in 1,000 regions

Passengers from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok now can order a cab via Gett. The waiting time has been decreased by up to 40% with the updated app.

In spring 2021, Gett tested the updated app among active users. The results demonstrate that the productivity of the app improved, and active users gave positive feedback to a new interface and design. Now the updated version is available in App Store and Google Play for all users.  

Client service is still one of the main priorities of Gett. As the company reports, on average, 98 out of 100 Gett rides get the highest score.  Also, the client support service is available 24/7 by phone or chat in the app.
