NOVATEK, one of the largest independent natural gas producers in Russia, announced today that the company received notification as a multiple winner of the international MarCom Awards competition. Its Sustainability Report 2018 received the top two positions – a gold award in the category Best Writing and a platinum award in category Best Design. The MarCom Awards recognizes outstanding achievements in marketing and communications.
“NOVATEK’s Sustainability Report 2018 demonstrates our commitment, transparency and willingness to address important questions in a thoughtful and thorough manner on environmental, social responsibility and corporate governance issues,” NOVATEK’s Deputy Chairman of the Management Board Mark Gyetvay said. “We are honored that our Sustainability Report 2018 was recognized and awarded by such a professional association, as it demonstrates how we effectively communicate sustainable development and environmental stewardship as one of the key channels of stakeholder engagement.”
The MarCom Awards, held annually by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP), is one of the oldest, largest and most prestigious creative competitions in the world in the field of corporate communications. Each year about 6K print and digital entries are submitted from dozens of countries.
