Industrial parks to appear in Penza Region

The Russian Ministry of Economic Development has approved the Penza Region’s application to create two industrial parks.

The future Soyuz industrial park in Penza will host furniture-making enterprises. This park will become the region’s largest furniture cluster with a total investment of over RUR 670 mio ($11 mio).

The Master industrial park will be created in Serdobsk, Penza Region, at a site that belongs to the Serdobsk Machine-Building Plant, the city’s backbone enterprise. The site, which is currently vacant, will host production facilities manufacturing metal structures, steel items and car parts. The project is being implemented in cooperation with the KAMAZ auto giant. The investment in the project will exceed RUR 600 mio ($10 mio).
