A new heating plant with increased energy-saving capacity has been launched for the resident companies of the technopark based at the Plastic plant in the Tula Region.
The capacities of the heating plant will be used by both resident companies and the Plastic plant itself whose infrastructure has been modernized.
The constriction of the heating plant cost over RUR 600 mio ($8.7 mio).
