An import substitution project aimed at manufacturing new-generation gas boilers has been launched in the Lipetsk Region.
The new advanced boilers have an increased energy conversion efficiency that reaches 92%.
The Borinskoye company whose facilities will produce gas boilers has received a subsidized loan from the Lipetsk Region Industrial Development Fund. The total investment in the project reached RUR 58 mio ($833K).
Plans call for manufacturing up to 25K gas boilers per year and cover 8% of the domestic demand.
