Tatarstan strives to cooperate with Turkey

Marat Akhmetov, Deputy Prime Minister of Russia’s Republic of Tatarstan, and Mustafa Ozkylych, CEO of Turkey’s Konermak iç ve dış ticaret ltd Şti, signed in Istanbul an agreement on cooperation in implementing agro-industrial projects in Tatarstan, Agriculture & Food Ministry of Tatarstan reported.

The document defines intentions of the parties aimed to develop all kinds of project implementation, including through public-private partnership mechanism, promote mutually beneficial cooperation in implementing projects in agriculture such as grain processing, mill equipment supply, renovation of mills and factories in Tatarstan.

Besides, Marat Akhmetov met executives of a number of Turkish companies to explore opportunities for attracting investments in Tatarstan’s agro-industrial complex.
