Head of Russia’s Nizhny Novgorod Region Gleb Nikitin, Vice President of Intel Corporation Bill Savage and Acting Rector of the Lobachevsky National Research University in Nizhny Novgorod Yelena Zagainova signed an agreement of intent providing for cooperation in research and educational, as well as support for initiatives to develop the IT ecosystem in the region.
By providing its technology and research expertise, Intel will contribute to the content and development of specialized programs and courses at Lobachevsky University. Projects on high-performance computing, computer vision and artificial intelligence will be developed under the cooperation program.
