Most Russians should be vaccinated by that time, the official said adding that the process needs to be expedited as people are in need of the vaccine, TASS reports.

Mikhail Mishustin expressed hope that manufacturers will be able to produce a large volume of coronavirus vaccines in the near future. Completing the nationwide vaccination before the next wave of the pandemic is of the essence, Mishustin emphasized.
