Russia to reach a sustainable economic growth based on modern technology

Russia’s Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin had a videoconference with Deputy Prime Ministers, government web page reports. The agenda included supporting families with children, a moratorium on tax inspections, drafting a national action plan to ensure economic recovery.

According to Mishustin now, “All families bringing up children up to three years of age can get monthly payments equal to RUR 5K per child ($72).”

To support industries, “A resolution has been issued to extend a moratorium on tax inspections for businesses until 30 June. The moratorium includes travel companies that offer ski pistes, beach recreation and hotels with a certain income and number of beds. The relevant criteria are stipulated in the document. In addition, these activities must be specific for a given company, and the business itself must be on the consolidated list of hotels, ski pistes and beaches.”

As he noted, the government’s “main goal is to reach a sustainable trajectory of economic growth and increase people’s incomes based on modern technology, digitalization, new opportunities on the employment market and in education, as well as a rapid construction of high quality housing.”
