Nikolay Storonsky was born in Russia and now lives in the UK, where he founded Revolut five years ago. The company is the developer of an app that allows for saving money when exchanging currencies; it has become popular in many countries.
According to Forbes, Storonsky’s stake in Revolut is 30%, which is approximately $1.65 bln. The startup has just concluded another investment round. The company has received a total of $6 bln.
