Sergei Petrov, the founder of Russia’s largest foreign car dealer ROLF who is currently abroad, has said he is not going to return to Russia following the searches in the company’s car dealerships in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
The businessman noted that recently he has been often approached with offers to sell his business, and said he believes the searches might somehow be linked to the corporate raid. Petrov added that a criminal case has been launched against him.
Investigators claim that Petrov has been withdrawing the company funds abroad.
