61% users can not use their mailboxes, 11% can not load the website and further 27% can not adequately use it. The problems at Mail.ru mainly effected service users in Moscow, St Petersburg, Krasnodar, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk and Chelyabinsk. The problem is being addressed at the moment.
