Russia’s Sberbank announced in a media release that in the current situation amid the countrywide decrease in customer flow, especially across small retail outlets, it is canceling service fees for acquiring terminals and online cash registers.
Equipment use fees which are most often paid by small businesses and micro-enterprises, will not be charged between March 1 and May 31, 2020. Deferrals might be extended further depending on the economic environment.
