The algorithm is based on statistics of symptoms from WHO’s open data, known risk factors, sociodemographic and physiological parameters of COVID-19, influenza, other acute respiratory infections, and allergic diseases.
The test is designed only for information purposes and is not a means to diagnose the disease. However, in just a few seconds it helps one decide if one needs to consult a doctor or review prevention measures. The mathematical models get updated every day as new data becomes available.
