On Monday, users of Sberbank Online application in multiple locations around Russia complained of the problems in the application operation. Some 70% of the customers of the bank could not activate the application to make money transfers.
Sberbank later reported the problems in using the service were experienced by the users of iOS platform and have been cured by mid-day.
