Yaroslavl to boost paper and cardboard production

Yaroslavl will adopt new standards in paper and cardboard production: Yaroslavskaya Bumaga (Yaroslavl Paper) has modernized its production facilities.

The modernization allowed for improving the quality of end product and increase the volume of processed waste paper: from 60K tons to 100 K tons. The production has increased by 50%, from 50K tons to 75K tons.

The modernization process is still underway; total investment in the project is over RUR 1.2 bln ($15 mio). With the help of the Industrial Development Fund, the company received a concessional loan of the half of the sum, RUR 499 mio.
