A logistics complex has been built in Novomoskovsk, the Tula Region’s second largest city with a population of over 120K. The relevant agreement was signed by the Tula Region and Procter & Gamble at the St Petersburg International Economic Forum in 2018.
The investment project is worth RUR 2.5 bln ($35.5 mio).
