The machine vision and Artificial Intelligence solutions used in the system were developed by Smart Engines, a Russian company specializing in document recognition. According to MoneyCare representatives, these solutions expedite input of customers’ personal data several times, which is necessary when applying for a loan and signing contracts. The technology recognizes and records not only passport data but also social security cards, military IDs, marriage certificates, driver’s licenses and so on. Moreover, the system can process both Russian and Kazakhstani documents.
According to MoneyCare Managing Director Stanislav Beglov, the new system helps to make business processes faster, more comfortable and removes the human factor, which, in particular, reduces the risk of data leaks or distortion.
Smart Engines CEO Vladimir Arlazarov added that the company’s solutions prevent data transmission into the external environment because the data is processed on the user’s devices.
