Audio badges to help with staff monitoring

A Russian ballet school, Balet S Dvukh Let, is the first company in Russia using audio badges. The badges record sound and instantly recognize speech to analyze it using basic parameters, according to the school’s press release.

The innovative technology is used to recognize mistakes in customer service. Audio badges also collect data on an employee’s vocabulary providing results in written form – no listening is necessary.

“Audio badges are a new technology that records customers’ communication with company representatives and recognizes speech in real time,” iTLEADERS venture investor club founder Egor Klopenko. “This technology will help to improve staff performance, identify weaknesses in customer service and increase efficiency within the shortest timeframe. This technology has quite wide prospects and can be applied to almost any business dealing with customers, from small stores to large financial companies with fast scalability.
