A Gazprom Neft project to build a catalytic agent plant in the Omsk Region received support from the federal government and local officials.
Three parties signed a respective special investment contract, including Gazprom Neft, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Omsk Region government. The contract serves as a legal framework for developing a high-tech production facility for catalytic agents for main oil refining processes. The new production facility will involve a unique helium technology and will fully satisfy the demand for catalytic agents of Russian oil refineries.
