The second production facility of the Arkhangelsk Cellulose & Paper Mill will appear in the Kaluga Region. A relevant agreement was signed by the regional government and ArkhbumPak.
The plant will be located in the Kaluga special economic zone, at the Borovskaya platform in the Borovsk County. The facility will produce consumer product packaging, including eco-friendly packaging such as paper bags.
Some RUR 2 bln ($28 mio) will be invested in the construction of the plant; the investment project will create 200 jobs.
