The most expensive apartment in Moscow values RUR 3.72 bln ($50.6 mio), and the total cost of the Top 15 offer on the Moscow VIP-real estate market exceeds RUR 20 bln ($272 mio).
According to experts from Knight Frank, a leading independent global property consultancy, quoted by RBC Realty, the average per square meter cost of high-end residential property in Moscow is RUR 2.2 mio ($30K).
As for the segment leaders, two of the top three properties are located in the same residential complex. The most expensive apartment, worth almost RUR 4 bln for 975 square meters, is now on sale in Granatny, 6 residential complex, Presnensky District. The second most expensive apartment is in Granatny, 8: only slightly smaller, 952 square meters, but more than one billion cheaper at RUR 2.68 bln ($36.5 mio).
The last of the top three is a 941 square meter apartment in the Vorobyovy Gory residential complex in Ramenki. That property costs RUR 1.4 bln ($19 mio).
The demand for elite housing in Moscow surged in June, with the average per square meter cost of such property reaching RUR922K ($12.5K).
