Moscow police officers have received instructions on how to control citizens who must be self-isolating due to the coronavirus.
According to the document, police will patrol courtyards, children’s playgrounds, sports grounds, garages and cemeteries.
If a police officer sees a violator, they will issue a warning and demand that the violator go back home. If the person still refuses to comply, police will be able to issue a fine, Kommersant daily writes. Those who refuse to show their IDs will be escorted to the police station.
