Roskomnadzor began to slow down Twitter. This was stated by the department itself.
Twitter was slowed down on 100% of mobile phones and on 50% of computers. These measures were introduced, since back in 2017 prohibited content was found on Twitter. And it is still not removed. In particular, there are publications on the topic of child pornography and of propaganda of drug use, according to Izvestia.
Requirements to remove this content were sent to Twitter, but the company did not react to them.
