Russia has four advantages that set it apart from other countries – its resilience, science potential, natural resources and people, Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov said.
According to him, Russians have a special resilience allowing them to quickly respond to challenges. The level of development of science in the country allows us to solve all the most complex problems, RIA Novosti quotes him as saying.
Our third advantage is a wealth of natural resources. They enable Russia to implement successful manufacturing projects and provide an opportunity to generate cheap electricity in the country.
Finally, the fourth trump card Russia has is high-level professionals. Many of them are now returning from abroad, although back in the 1990s, on the contrary, many left Russia because of low salaries, Denis Manturov concluded.
