Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu and the Minister of National Defense of Vietnam Ngo Xuan Lich discussed bilateral military cooperation at talks in Moscow.
“We have strong ties of comprehensive strategic partnership with Vietnam and have accumulated a unique experience,” Shoigu said. “We are always open to a substantive conversation about the development of our mutually beneficial military and military-technical cooperation.”
