This intersectoral association is based at the Moscow Innovation Cluster (MIC) under the Moscow Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovations. Moscow Polytechnic University became one of the project participants.
“University specialists are going to design and produce the parts needed for the project, which will help speed up motor sport development in Russia,” Department head Alexei Fursin said.
The intersectoral cluster is engaged in developing racing infrastructure in Russia. This includes the design and production of specialized technology as well as tuning production cars. Special and personal support is available to the association members in getting all the MIC’s services. They can also exchange experience and opportunities. Information support for projects is in place too.
The MIC has been designed as a platform for innovation and interaction between major corporations, industrial enterprises, small and medium-sized businesses, educational and research organizations, development institutes, and the municipal authorities. It now has over 12K members, both legal entities and individual entrepreneurs registered in Moscow. Besides, 6K companies enjoy the status of MIC partners.
