In April, Russians will get their regular salaries. There will be no increased salaries as the non-working days are not public holidays, the Federal Labor and Employment Service commented.
The labor agency representatives noted that the period between April 4 and 30 is defined as paid non-working days for which workers will be able to get their usual salaries, RIA Novosti reports.
Workers who work for piece rate pay will get the amount determined by the employer’s internal regulations.
Earlier, the Labor Ministry specified that employees who were ordered to work remotely before the non-working days were announced cannot refuse to telework. They can only refuse to work remotely if they have improper working conditions.
