Tyumen breaks record for new housing

New residential buildings spring up in Tyumen at a record speed.

According to the statistics for January, during the first month of 2020 construction companies in this Urals region built over 58K sq. m. of new housing.

It should be stressed that this scope of construction is extremely larger, by 149%, than the figures from January 2019 when 39K sq. m. of housing were built in Tyumen.

Out of the total 58K sq. m., the majority (although not the prevailing part) of new housing was built in the region’s capital (25.646 sq. m.) while the Tyumen Region accounts for about 18.037 sq. m.
