Due to coronavirus pandemic, food and medical products are temporarily exempt from value-added tax in Azerbaijan, Trend news agency reports.
A program of measures to reduce the negative impact of the coronavirus pandemic was developed to support the economy of Azerbaijan, macroeconomic stability, and employment. According to the program, a short-term exemption from VAT is also applied to some raw materials.
