Carsharing leaves 10 dead

“As many as 212 traffic accidents involving vehicles rented for a short term have been registered in Russia in the first half of 2019, living 10 people dead and 277 with injuries of varying severity. The main causes of accidents involving such vehicles are collisions, hitting pedestrians and various obstacles,” the Russian Interior Ministry said. Such accidents were mostly recorded in Moscow, St. Petersburg, the Moscow and Leningrad Regions. Most of the accidents were caused by the drivers.
