The Moscow Region provides the most favorable conditions for the development of industrial parks, says a review by the Association of Industrial Parks of Russia (AIP), which was prepared with the support from the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the press release by the Moscow Region’s Ministry of Investment and Innovation reports.
Experts noted that the Moscow Region has more operating industrial parks (currently 58) than in other regions of Russia due to a favorable taxation climate for investors and managing companies.
According to Deputy Prime Minister of the Moscow Region Vadim Khromov, the region offers land plots for rent without an auction, and most importantly, companies are able to buy them out after the construction of production facilities on them. In addition, resident companies are entitled to reimbursement for the expenses related to the development of utility lines and infrastructure, as well as to an investment tax deduction.
