Sberbank has updated its mobile app, Sberbank Online, by incorporating Artificial Intelligence. Now the app can analyze users’ preferences based on over 1,000 parameters.
The updated app is already available for iPhone and Android, RBC reports. AI will rearrange various services on the home page of the app according to frequency of use. For example, customers who use the app to wire money or pay bills will see shortcuts to respective services.
Sberbank reports that in June 2019, Sberbank Online had 48 mio users. Most customers open the app at least five times a week. In 2018, Sberbank Online was ranked one of the top five apps for the number of active users in Russia. It was outperformed only by messengers and social networks.
