Drivers, delivery persons and waiters will be the most in-demand occupations in Russia next year, according to a research by Rabota.ru. Other popular vacancies on the labor market will include blue-collar workers, shop assistants and cashiers.
The experts also analyzed the market for narrower professional skills, finding out that Russia has a shortage of programmers, Big Data analysts, SMM managers and SEO specialists. As before, Russia does not have enough engineers and HR specialists, Rossiyskaya Gazeta writes.
Analysts believe there will be a growing deficit of hard skills – teachable and measurable professional abilities. On the other hand, the labor market will also have a shortage of workers with soft skills such as working in a team or creative thinking.
