Air Liquide invests €130 mio in Novokuznetsk

Air Liquide industrial gas supplier and EVRAZ steel making and mining company have launched the construction of two air separation plants which will deliver oxygen, nitrogen and argon to the steel maker. Governor Sergei Tsivilev and the leaders of Air Liquide and EVRAZ attended the foundation stone laying ceremony.

Air Liquide invests some €130 mio in the construction; the facilities will improve energy efficiency and the general level of sustainability of the EVRAZ production complex in Novokuznetsk. The plants will be launched in 2021.

France’s Air Liquide is a global leader in supplying industrial gases, technology and services to various industries, including healthcare.
