Culture projects in Moscow libraries

Today, digital projects are an important part of our daily lives. Culture and art thanks to digital formats, become more accessible. Over the past few years, libraries in Russia have significantly transformed and become centers of cultural life.

Boris Zotov is a Russian painter, who painted in landscape technique. He has left behind a great legacy, but many of his works are not known today. The purpose of the exhibition is to tell about the Russian artist and share his work with everyone.

The gathering celebrated his 105th birthday and Great Victory Day. The permanent exhibition featured over 150 of his captivating central Russian landscapes. This event was meant to honor a great master and his contributions to Russia’s cultural heritage, while also reminding attendees of art’s importance in daily life and inspiring spiritual and personal growth. On Victory Day, this event also honored Great Patriotic War veterans and gave them the chance to enjoy art.

Planning for the exhibition took six months and involved collaboration with gallery owners, experts, restorers and art historians. The project was designed into four phases, each with its own goal. The first phase included the restoration and badger framing of the paintings, the second phase was the organization of the buffet for the war veterans and exhibition guests, the third phase was the promotion of the exhibition, and the fourth phase was the opening of the exhibition.

The organizers needed to find trustworthy and knowledgeable vendors for various aspects of the project, such as the restoration and badger framing of the paintings, the catering of the buffet, and supplies and decorations for the opening of the exhibition. Because of this, vendor selection and weighted criteria were important aspects of the project. The choice of providers, together with the weighted criteria that accompany them, will ultimately be the deciding factor in whether or not the project is successful.

The issue of vendor selection and weighted criteria is an important one, as the quality of the vendor’s work and the associated costs can directly impact the success of a project. It is important to consider a variety of factors when selecting vendors, such as their experience, reputation, and cost. Furthermore, it is important to consider the weighted criteria associated with each vendor, as this will determine which vendor is best suited for the project. This can be accomplished through the use of a weighted criteria matrix, which will help to analyze the various factors associated with each vendor.

The hardest part of the project was working with the people, as it was difficult to coordinate the efforts of all the necessary stakeholders, such as gallery owners, experts, restorers and art historians. This issue impacted the project as it caused delays and increased the cost of the project.

The root cause of this issue could be attributed to a lack of effective vendor selection process. Without a proper vendor selection process, it is difficult to ensure that the right people are selected for the required tasks, and that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete the job. Additionally, not having a comprehensive vendor selection process in place can lead to delays and additional costs, as there may be a need to find new vendors if the initial ones selected are not suitable.
